The show was amazing! My wife cried tears of joy. My children were mad at us because we took the upgraded seats for the first half of the show. I got choked up because my wife was crying. The cast really brought their Disney A-game to the show. The interpreters also felt our plight. The ushers again moved our kids for us to allow them a better vantage point for the second act of the performance. There was an entire section of deaf and hard-of-hearing depending on them. Ticketmaster allowed me to book two seats in the front row of the far right section, plus two seats in the 3rd row of that same section. We definitely were not going to ask the interpreters to move. The third-row seats were blocked by the two interpreters as well. The first row was occupied by two sign language interpreters and all their equipment. The price was too good to be true ($109/ticket in a $139/ticket section,) and I found out why. With that said, the first six or seven rows of the far right and left sections of the Orchestra level are not worth the money. The staff at Music Hall at Fair Park went out of their way to provide us with a great and memorable experience to make up for a ticketing hiccup. The head usher scrambled with minutes to spare to re-locate us to comparable seats for two of the tickets and an upgrade for the other two! Overall, the show was well worth it and a significant part of the show is cut off from view because of that location when attending a musical, a ballet, play, or anything else that utilizes the entire stage.
